My mother tongue is Russian. I was born and educated in the former Soviet Union. In 1984, I graduated from the Nizhny Novgorod Linguistic University where I obtained a degree in Translation and Interpretation (English and Spanish). In 2001, I was awarded equivalence on my academic credentials with a Spanish degree (Licenciado en Filología Inglesa) from the University of Alicante, Spain. I also attained a superior degree in English and Russian from the Official School of Languages in Alicante (Spain).

I have been living in Spain since 1997. During these more than twenty years of accumulating professional experience, I have collaborated in numerous jobs and projects, working as interpreter and translator, all of which have greatly facilitated the development of my professional skills.
At present I work as a freelance translator for a number of translation agencies both in Spain and other countries.
